Your Guide To A Great Shopping Trip

At Crayons to Classrooms, we understand that teachers’ time is valuable. That’s why we do everything we can to ensure that your shopping trip is easy and free of surprises. Here are some simple guidelines that will help assure you have a pleasant visit.

Shopping Appointment & Check-In

  1. Eligible teachers are required to make an appointment to shop at Crayons to Classrooms (C2C). Appointments are made in advance, using our teacher portal.
  2. When you arrive, you will check-in at the front desk. You will need to present your school or state ID for verification.
  3. Teachers will shop for themselves; they cannot designate someone to shop for them. To prevent crowding in the store, please do not bring anyone to shop with you. Under special circumstances, accommodations can be made with the C2C Program Manager.

Shopping Guidelines

  1. Plan to arrive at the check-in time specified for your scheduled shopping day. The store closes at 6PM (11:30AM on Saturdays).
  2. Respect the product limits, which are included on the printed shopping form and posted throughout the store. Limits are determined by available inventory levels.
  3. Children will not be permitted in the store during shopping.
  4. We ask that you refrain from cell phone use while shopping.
  5. Items received during shopping are provided “as-is.” There are no returns or exchanges. All items received from C2C will become property of your current school.
  6. All items received from C2C are for the classroom and the students, and may not be sold, bartered, traded, or taken for personal use. You will be asked to sign a disclaimer stating that you understand this before checking out.
  7. Crayons to Classrooms reserves the right to revoke a teacher’s shopping privileges if these rules are abused.

No Show Guidelines

  1. No shows are a detriment to our organization and to the teachers we serve. When you schedule a shopping appointment and don’t attend, you take away the opportunity for another teacher to shop. Additionally, we stock our store and schedule out volunteers based on the number of shoppers we have scheduled. We have put these guidelines in place for these reasons.
  2. If you are a “no show” two times during the school year, your account will be locked. You will not be able to shop again that school year. You may be reinstated for the following school year.

"I ALWAYS look forward to my Crayons to Classrooms throughout the semester! I can always count on them to have exactly what I need to replenish my classroom. Whether it be general supplies, bookbags, prizes for a prize box, decorations, and even masks now. I love getting new things to show my students and they are always excited when I carry in the bags or boxes from my trip!"
