Crayons to Classrooms Reveals New Look!

“Our original logo was created in 2009.  After 10 plus years we felt it was time to update our brand in a way that would pay homage to the two crayons in the original design,” said Steve Rubenstein, Executive Director.  “The two halves of the large C are symbolic of caring hands coming together in service to a child.”

At the heart of Crayons to Classrooms is a focus to help teachers and students. The new logo has three individual parts that come together as one which identify the organization as caring, coordinated and committed.

While the logo looks a little different, the mission is the same. Crayons to Classrooms’ mission is rooted in caring for others – treating people with compassion, kindness, and respect. The organization builds partnerships that enable their mission to secure and distribute school supplies at no cost to teachers of students in need.  The core of the organization’s work is a commitment to the student. Teachers are provided with the essential supplies needed for their students to succeed.

“We continually strive to improve our service to teachers and schools in the Greater Miami Valley Region,” said Rubenstein. “We approach our work with dedication, focus, and the core conviction that we can make a lasting impact on an at-risk student’s education and their future.”
