The Berry Family Foundation has renewed support of local teachers and students with a generous $20,000 grant to Crayons to Classrooms.
Because of partners like AES Ohio Foundation, Crayons to Classrooms can respond when classrooms need us most.
Crayons to Classrooms received a $20,000 contribution from the Charles D. Berry Foundation to support educators and their students at under-resourced schools during the 2025-26 school year.
Crayons to Classrooms Book Give Back event gives teachers the opportunity to take hundreds of books back to their classrooms and students. One teacher shares how she will be using the books she received from the teacher resource center to bring a love of literacy to hundreds of young West Carrollton students.
On National STEM Day, Crayons to Classrooms announced a $20,000 grant from the CenterPoint Energy Foundation to support STEM education across the Miami Valley. This funding will help give local students more opportunities to explore, experiment, and learn through STEM.
Crayons to Classrooms is proud to announce a $25,000 contribution from Honda to support the Reduce and Reuse for Education program. This initiative keeps usable materials out of landfills by repurposing them for local classrooms—helping teachers and students access essential supplies while promoting sustainability across the Greater Dayton community.

Crayons to Classroom provided many different learning supplies for a variety of learners and subjects. As a special education teacher, I was able to bring supplies to my students that met their needs and encouraged learning.
