Crayons to Classrooms Promotes Stuff the Bus On-Air

August 8, 2022

From July 25-29th, Crayons to Classrooms had the opportunity to promote Stuff the Bus on-air with Dayton 24/7 Now. This is the nonprofit’s seventh year partnering with the TV station. Each morning, a C2C staff member was joined by a Miami Valley teacher, sponsor, supply drive host, or board member. Dayton 24/7 Now gave Crayons to Classrooms 2 hits per hour from 6am-9am and a few teaser shots as well. Crayons to Classrooms’ staff and guest speakers talked with morning anchors about the need to fulfill the organization’s mission. Crayons to Classrooms’ mission is to secure and distribute school supplies at no cost to teachers of students in need. By the end of the week, Crayons to Classrooms received over 11 pallets of school supplies from supply drives and donations.

Crayons to Classrooms also appeared on a few segments of Good Day Dayton with Dayton 24/7 Now. Take a look at the following Good Day Dayton interviews to learn more about Crayons to Classrooms, their mission, and the need to provide Miami Valley teachers of students in need with school supplies:
